คำอธิบายบริการ (Service Description)
The Parich ERP คือระบบบริหารงานภายในสำหรับพนักงาน The Parich ที่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงฟีเจอร์การเผยแพร่เนื้อหาไปยัง Facebook Pages ของบริษัท
The Parich ERP is an internal business management system for authorized The Parich staff, including a feature to publish content to the company's own Facebook Pages.
การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้ (Acceptable Use)
ใช้ระบบเฉพาะสำหรับธุรกิจของบริษัทที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้ในทางที่ผิด พยายามเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย
Use the system only for legitimate company business; do not misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or publish unlawful content.
บัญชีและความปลอดภัย (Accounts & Security)
คุณมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลประจำตัวการเข้าสู่ระบบของคุณ
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
การปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย Facebook (Facebook Platform Compliance)
การใช้งานฟีเจอร์ Facebook ในระบบเป็นไปตาม Facebook Platform Terms and Policies
Use of Facebook features within the system complies with Facebook's Platform Terms and Policies.
ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (Intellectual Property)
เนื้อหาและแบรนด์ทั้งหมดของระบบเป็นทรัพย์สินของ The Parich
All system content and branding belong to The Parich.
ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability)
บริการนี้ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" The Parich ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
The service is provided "as is"; The Parich is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
การยกเลิก (Termination)
การเข้าถึงระบบอาจถูกระงับหากพบการละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
Access may be suspended for violations of these terms.
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ (Governing Law)
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
