วิธีขอลบข้อมูล (How to Request Deletion)
มี 2 วิธีในการขอลบข้อมูลของคุณ:
ตัวเลือก A — ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อผ่านแอป
ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Facebook ภายในแอปได้ ซึ่งจะลบ Page access tokens ที่จัดเก็บไว้และข้อมูล Facebook ที่เชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดออกจากระบบทันที
Option A — Within the app, an administrator can disconnect the Facebook account, which immediately deletes the stored Page access tokens and all connected Facebook data.
ตัวเลือก B — ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล
ส่งอีเมลมาที่ contact@theparich.com โดยใช้หัวเรื่อง "Data Deletion Request" พร้อมระบุชื่อบัญชี Facebook หรือ Facebook ID ของคุณ เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องภายใน 30 วัน และส่งการยืนยันกลับให้คุณ
Option B — Email contact@theparich.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Facebook account name or ID. We will delete the associated data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ (What Gets Deleted)
- ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐาน (Basic profile data)
- Page access tokens ทั้งหมด
- ข้อมูล Page ที่แคชไว้ในระบบ (Any cached Page information stored by the app)
Basic profile data, Page access tokens, and any cached Page information stored by the app will be deleted.
หมายเหตุ (Note)
โพสต์ที่เผยแพร่ไปยัง Facebook Pages ของคุณแล้วยังคงอยู่บน Facebook และสามารถลบได้โดยตรงบน Facebook โดยผู้ดูแล Page
Posts already published to your Facebook Pages live on Facebook and can be deleted directly on Facebook by the Page admin.
