นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)

"The Parich" (theparich.com) ดำเนินระบบบริหารงานภายใน "The Parich ERP" ซึ่งใช้เฉพาะโดยพนักงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต เพื่อจัดการและเผยแพร่เนื้อหาทางการตลาดไปยัง Facebook Pages ของบริษัทเอง นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอปพลิเคชันเข้าถึงข้อมูลใดผ่าน Facebook Platform และเราดูแลข้อมูลนั้นอย่างไร

The Parich operates an internal business system "The Parich ERP" used by authorized company staff to manage and publish marketing content to the company's own Facebook Pages. This policy explains what data the app accesses via the Facebook Platform and how we handle it.

ข้อมูลที่เราเข้าถึง (Information We Access)

เมื่อผู้ดูแลระบบที่ได้รับอนุญาตเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Facebook แอปจะเข้าถึงข้อมูลต่อไปนี้:

1. ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์สาธารณะพื้นฐาน (ชื่อ, Facebook ID, อีเมล)
2. รายการ Facebook Pages ที่ผู้ดูแลระบบจัดการอยู่
3. Page access tokens สำหรับ Pages เหล่านั้น
4. เนื้อหาที่พนักงานสร้างขึ้นภายในแอป (โพสต์, รูปภาพ, คอมเมนต์) เพื่อเผยแพร่ไปยัง Pages ดังกล่าว

When an authorized administrator connects a Facebook account, the app accesses: (1) basic public profile (name, Facebook ID, email); (2) the list of Facebook Pages the administrator manages; (3) Page access tokens for those Pages; (4) content staff create inside the app (posts, images, comments) to publish to those Pages.

วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ (How We Use It)

เราใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อเผยแพร่และจัดการโพสต์/คอมเมนต์ทางการตลาดบน Facebook Pages ของบริษัทเท่านั้น และเพื่อแสดงข้อมูล Page ภายใน ERP เราไม่ขาย ไม่เช่า และไม่แบ่งปันข้อมูล Facebook กับบุคคลที่สาม และไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการสร้างโปรไฟล์ภายนอก Pages ของบริษัท

Data is used solely to publish and manage marketing posts/comments on the company's own Facebook Pages and to display Page information inside the ERP. We do NOT sell, rent, or share Facebook data with any third party, and we do NOT use it for advertising or profiling outside the company's own Pages.

สิทธิ์ Facebook ที่ใช้ (Facebook Permissions Used)

• public_profile — เข้าถึงโปรไฟล์พื้นฐาน

• pages_show_list — แสดงรายการ Pages ที่จัดการ

Each permission is used only to list the admin's Pages and publish/manage content on them.

การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย (Storage & Security)

Page access tokens จัดเก็บไว้ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์เท่านั้น ไม่เปิดเผยต่อเบราว์เซอร์ การสื่อสารทั้งหมดผ่าน HTTPS และการเข้าถึงจำกัดเฉพาะพนักงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต

Page access tokens are stored server-side only, never exposed to the browser; all traffic is over HTTPS; access is restricted to authorized staff.

ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล (Retention)

ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชี Facebook ยังคงเชื่อมต่ออยู่ และจะถูกลบเมื่อยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อหรือเมื่อมีคำขอลบข้อมูล (ดูหน้า การลบข้อมูล)

Data is kept while the Facebook account remains connected and is removed upon disconnection or a deletion request. See the Data Deletion page.

เราอาจอัปเดตนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้จะได้รับการแก้ไขตามการเปลี่ยนแปลง

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date will be revised accordingly.
